WHAT MEMBERSHIP IS
Hope Town Club is designed to be a natural extension of your time on Elbow Cay, whether you own a home, rent, or simply visit often. Membership adds built-in social opportunities, recreation right at your doorstep, and a variety of ways to make each day feel full and memorable. If your time on the island is limited, membership ensures those days are richer, smoother, and filled with more to do. For anyone who loves spending time here, the club quickly becomes one of the best ways to get more out of every trip.
Membership at Hope Town Club is offered through a one-time refundable deposit structure designed to provide flexibility and long-term value. Members pay a deposit associated with their membership category, 75% of which is refundable upon resignation once replaced by an incoming member. Initiation fees are expected to rise periodically. Membership Categories
FOUNDER
MEMBERSHIP
Available in limited quantity for early supporters and provide an additional membership for transfer or resale, priority resignation position, and access to Founder benefits and ongoing Founder recognition. Current Initiation: $150,000.
LIGHTHOUSE
MEMBERSHIP
Serve as the primary category, offering full access for members, spouses, and dependent children, along with priority booking privileges and the ability to host accompanied guests.
Current Initiation: $50,000.
COTTAGE
MEMBERSHIP
Available for those who purchase a home within the community and come with it additional privileges such as unaccompanied guests.
Current Initiation: $50,000.
STARFISH
MEMBERSHIP
Are available for Bahamian Citizens who own property on Elbow Cay and are offered at a discounted rate. Please inquire with our team for Pricing.
** Annual dues are expected to be approximately $7,000.
